I sell expertise that is hard to sell.
If you run a small, purpose-driven business built on knowledge, craft, or a product that deserves better distribution, you already know the problem: the work is good, but turning it into steady, well-priced sales feels harder than doing the work itself.
That is the part I take on.
Three ways we can work
Positioning before selling. A fixed-scope piece of work where we define who your ideal customer is, what they actually gain, and where your unclaimed space in the market lies. You leave with an offer, a price logic, and a message you can say out loud without hesitating. This comes first, always, because outreach without it only produces more unpaid work.
Sales partnership. Once the groundwork is done and I believe in what you sell, I step in as your salesperson: opening conversations, qualifying, closing. I am paid on results, not on hours. Where your business earns recurring revenue, my share follows the relationship I opened for as long as it lasts, so we are both building something that compounds.
Doors to markets. I have worked as a distributor, an agent, and for over a decade as a retailer. If you need a distribution partner, a licensing deal, or an entry into a Nordic or international market, I find and negotiate it. Paid on the deal.
Who this is for
Founders and independent professionals in Finland and the Nordics whose value is real but under-communicated: coaches, consultants, boutique firms, and sustainable lifestyle businesses ready to sell at the price their work is worth. I choose clients as carefully as I ask them to choose theirs; I only take on work I would buy myself.
How I price
My income grows when yours does. Groundwork is a fixed fee. Everything after that is tied to the revenue it creates.
How we start
A 30-minute call. I will tell you honestly whether I think I can sell what you do, and what would need to change first if not.
